The product properties are defined in close consultation with our costumers. An overt manufacturing process, quality-awareness on the part of our staff and a comprehensive preventive testing schedule ensure that these properties are actually achieved.

Dimensional testing
In addition to using conventional external micrometers with or without fine indicators, the wire diameter and the ovality of fine wire is determined using computer-aided laser measuring devices.
Mechanical testing
Our computer-based tensile testing machines permit reliable determination of the mechanical properties of products ranging from fine wire to wire rod. Depending on the type of product,
Profile geometry and edge radii
We are able to reably monitor the manufacture of our shaped wire by means of a measuring microscope and the relevant geometrical software.
Material testing
For the purpose of material identification and analysis chemically & physically, testing of Copper Alloys through Electro Photo Spectrometer, not only ensure exacting Chemical Composition of the Alloy, but instills in us a confidence to guarantee quality. |
